Return/Exchange Policy

 Return Policies

All Sales are final.
I must be notified 10 days upon receipt of your part if there is a problem.
If I sent you the wrong part I will pay shipping both ways. 

Damaged parts return
.  If you have elected for insurance please keep the box it was shipped in. I will contact the shipper and file a claim. You will not need to return it. You can elect to have the 2nd item charged to your account and shipped and monies refunded once a claim has been approved by the shipping company.

How Returns / Exchanges Work: We will re-ship your exchanged item when we receive the returned item from you or, preferably you can elect to have the 2nd item charged to your account. Credit for the 1st item will be given when the package is inspected, received and processed. (Credits take about  1 week processing.)

Core Return Procedure: To return a core please.  If you do not have your order number, please indicate when your order was purchased and the full name or e-mail address ordered with.  All returns must be postage paid; return shipping charges are not refundable. All returns must be packaged properly; we are not responsible for damaged returns that occur as a result of improper packing. We do not send or issue call tags. Return shipping is responsibility of the customer.
